A Full Service Contract includes all labor, travel and parts, including all wetted parts.A Managed Maintenance Contract also includes equipment inventory tracking and equipment management data bases. Our automated paging system insures a prompt telephone response, as well as on-site service response time of the same or next business day. In addition, HI Scientific Services maintains a complete inventory of replacement parts. As a result, our customers experience a minimum amount of down-time.
